My name is Munisa Iuldasheva. I will help you to make a competent and conscious transition to a new step of your career: to grow to a new position, change your job responsibilities or get ready to move to a new company branch in another country. My approach is based on 3 points of view:
1. Reviewing and analyzing your current situation. Setting a goal
2. Interview with me in order to identifying your strengths and
growth zones
3. Assessing your experience and competence for getting a desirable position
4. Making up a detailed development plan
5. Positioning yourself for the management
6. Training for an interview with the manager
7. Training for an interview with the HR
8. Training for an interview with the hiring manager from another department
9. Training for the offer negotiations

1. Introductory session – 20 minutes (free)
2. We meet in Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or other
messengers
3. You send your homework 3 days prior to
the meeting
4. One meeting is 45 – 60 minutes
5. Meetings are once in 2 – 3 weeks. More often, if necessary.
6. You can ask questions via a messenger for 2
weeks after the consultation.
6. You can cancel or reschedule the meeting no later than 24 hours before.
