We are not always ready to share our difficulties and issues within the company. While working with a coach from outside, an atmosphere of trust and security is created:

• To solve particular business tasks. For instance, when employees feel overwhelmed in the face of ambitious (new, difficult) assignments which can be numerous during the company’s active growth;
• To help with an elevated stress level to manage yourself and the situation better;
• To support when being promoted to higher positions. When an employee has recently taken a managing position or is a candidate for promotion, he needs assistance in mastering leadership competence;
• To improve interaction of a team.
